Scope of work on task orders includes design build services for the provision of repair and renewal services encompassing the overall layout, organization, infrastructure, and facilities at entrance locations onto

U.S. military installations. 

This is a Total Small Business set-aside, project out of the Department of the Air Force at Eglin AFB, FL under NAICS Code 236220. Nisou is an awardee on this project under a Joint Venture with mentor company LGC Global, Inc. Scope of work includes renovating squadron operations area JSF hanger B1412. Renovation areas include squadron operations and aircraft maintenance unit areas of the building to support a second fighter squadron assigned to the 33 Fighter Wing. Work includes selective demolition of existing interior construction, finishes and modifications to supply and tool rooms. Also included is modifying the existing SAPF to bring up to new ICD 705 standards and converting the second SAPF into a SCIF to house the 33 FW intel function.

Scope of work is construction of an Aerial Port Facility including demolition, site clearing, grading and drainage. Work incudes utilities, paving, landscaping and other construction work.

Scope of work on task orders includes the design, construction, renovation (including design build and bid build) of facilities for Moody AFB, Grassy Pond, and Grand Bay Range, GA and Avon Park Range, FL. Work can include but is not limited to maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving and earthwork. 

This is a small business set-aside IDIQ project for the Air Mobility Command at McConnell AFB under NAICS Code 238290. Nisou is performing this project as a Joint Venture with mentor company LGC Global, Inc. Scope of work includes all management, supervision, labor, personnel, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, shipping, delivery, and other items and services necessary to perform Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, and Repair services for all aircraft hangar door types, including built in personnel doors, for McConnell AFB, KS.

This is a WOSB set-aside, Firm Fixed Price project out of USACE, Kansas City under NAICS Code 237990. Nisou performed this project as a Joint Venture with mentor company LGC Global, Inc. This project consisted of work at 4 locations, raising levee height, installing new gravel on top of levee for vehicular access, and installing stability beams. At one location, due to a previous breach, the levee was strengthened using the hydrated lime method. This project also had 45 acres of seeding work.

This project for USACE, Savannah involves repairing the roof, exterior walls, windows, interior walls, doors, insulation, floors, ceilings, plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, & Air Condition (HVAC) system, fire protection, and the electrical system. This repair project will incorporate the minimum anti-terrorism and force protection requirements and bring the building to current standards.

This project for USACE, Savannah involves 20,654 square-foot second-floor addition of Administration space over an existing 20,654 square-foot building of the same occupancy type. The existing building is IBC Type IIB construction of masonry and unprotected steel, with an EIFS exterior wall finish over CMU walls and a flat membrane roof.

This project for the National Guard Bureau involves construction of an F-16 Mission Training Center (MTC) (Flight Simulator) consisting of 4 Simulator Bays with supporting spaces, site construction, and other related work.

This project for USACE, Kansas City involves construction of a Remote Inspection Facility (RIF) in support of the replacement campus for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), as part of the West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program. The RIF supports inspection and screening of personnel, vehicles, and cargo for all postal and service deliveries prior to providing controlled access to the MOB and CUP.

This project for the Department of the Air Force includes Demolition of existing 250,000 and 360,000 gallon water storage tanks, berm, existing piping and electrical connections. Also, the construction of a new 250,000 and 360,000 gallon water storage tanks in the same location as the original tanks. Connect all required pipes and electrical connections to provide working functional water storage tanks.
